Refund and rescheduling policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to professional engagements with Digital API Service for anti-money-laundering audit checks, readiness reviews, sample testing, and remediation support. It does not cover physical goods, software subscriptions, or online checkout — we do not sell those.

2. Deposits

Flagship AML audit checks typically require a 30% deposit to reserve fieldwork dates. Short readiness reviews may require 50% at kick-off. Deposits are applied to the final invoice.

3. Cancellation by you before fieldwork

If you cancel in writing more than ten business days before the scheduled kick-off, we refund the deposit minus any documented preparation already performed (for example custom sampling design), capped at 40% of the deposit.

If you cancel within ten business days of kick-off, the deposit is non-refundable because calendars and staffing have been reserved.

4. Cancellation after fieldwork has started

Work already performed is billed on a percentage-of-completion basis against the agreed fee. Unused portions of the fee may be refunded after deducting completed work and non-recoverable third-party costs (such as booked travel). Partial refunds are calculated from time records and delivered draft materials.

5. Rescheduling

You may request one reschedule of fieldwork dates without penalty if notice is given at least seven business days in advance and alternative dates within sixty days are agreed. Later notice may incur a rescheduling charge of up to 10% of the engagement fee.

6. No-shows and access failures

If agreed on-site days cannot proceed because required access, escorts, or files are unavailable, that day may be charged as performed. We will attempt to rebook remaining days once.

7. Our cancellation

If we must cancel for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work or a rescheduled engagement at no extra fee.

8. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned via the original bank transfer method within fourteen business days of written approval. We do not process card chargebacks through this website.

9. Non-refundable items

Completed final memoranda, delivered readiness briefs, and completed sample-test memos are non-refundable once accepted or after five business days of delivery without written objection to factual content.
