About
Digital API Service grew from practitioners who spent years inside Taiwanese compliance units — then chose to work as independent reviewers so boards could hear unvarnished findings.
Anti-money-laundering programmes fail quietly: incomplete beneficial ownership charts, alert narratives that rubber-stamp closures, committee minutes that never record challenge. Supervisors eventually notice. Our mission is to surface those weaknesses early, in language operations teams can remediate.
We work from Tunghsiao Town, Miaoli Hsien, and travel across Taiwan for fieldwork. The brand name reflects our origin serving digital-era remittance and payment firms — the craft remains classic audit sampling and professional judgement.
People
Engagement partner. Former bank AML manager; leads CDD sampling design and board briefings.
Senior auditor. Focuses on remittance corridors, agent oversight, and transaction-monitoring narratives.
Audit associate. Coordinates document requests, working-paper quality, and remediation re-tests.
Independence. We do not sell monitoring software or take implementation fees that would compromise our opinion.
Proportion. A community credit cooperative and a multi-corridor remittance firm do not receive identical sample sizes.
Clarity. Findings name the file, the control, and the risk — not a vague “enhance awareness” recommendation.
