Fees
How we price AML audit work
Most engagements are quoted as a fixed fee after scoping. The ranges below help finance and compliance teams budget; final quotes reflect sample size, locations, and file readiness.
| Engagement | Typical basis | Indicative range (TWD) |
|---|---|---|
| Independent AML audit check | Fixed fee after scoping; 30% deposit to lock fieldwork dates | From 280,000 depending on entity size and sample depth |
| Pre-inspection readiness review | Fixed fee for a compressed five-to-ten-day window | From 95,000 |
| Transaction monitoring sample test | Fixed fee by alert sample size | From 120,000 |
| Beneficial ownership remediation support | Day rate or short fixed package after triage | Day rate from 28,000; packages quoted after file count |
Figures exclude travel beyond the Miaoli–Taichung–Taipei corridor when overnight stays are required, and exclude translation of working papers into languages other than English or Traditional Chinese. Prices are informational — we do not take payment online.
What moves a quote up or down
- Number of products and remittance corridors in scope
- Whether fieldwork is on-site, split-site, or remote document review
- Quality of document packs at kick-off (incomplete CDD slows sampling)
- Need for Traditional Chinese and English dual-language reporting
- Compressed timelines ahead of a hard supervisory date
Deposits and invoicing
A deposit of 30% confirms calendar dates for flagship AML audit checks. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the final memorandum. Readiness reviews may invoice 50% at kick-off for short windows.
