Cookies policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help pages function, remember preferences, or measure usage.
2. How we use cookies
Digital API Service uses essential cookies required for basic site operation and, only if you accept, optional analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to pages, forms, or engagement information.
3. Cookie table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| digitalapiservice_cookie_consent | Stores your accept or reject choice for the cookie banner | 1 year (localStorage) | Digital API Service |
| _das_session | Essential session continuity for form security tokens when enabled by hosting | Session | Digital API Service / host |
| _das_analytics | Optional anonymised visit counts and popular pages (set only after Accept) | 6 months | Digital API Service |
4. Managing or disabling cookies
Use the banner choices on first visit. You can clear site data in your browser to reset the stored preference and see the banner again. Browser settings also let you block cookies globally; essential features may be limited if all cookies are blocked.
5. Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts or images loaded from third-party providers may set their own cookies according to those providers’ policies. We minimise third-party scripts and do not load advertising networks.
6. Impact of disabling
Rejecting analytics cookies does not remove engagement content or prevent form submission. Blocking all cookies may prevent us from remembering your banner choice.
7. More privacy information
For broader data practices, read our privacy notice.
